Acceptance of these terms

By using eldoradomp.com (the “Site”), operated by Eldorado Mineral Partners LLC, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site — though we’d rather you emailed us with what bothered you.

Informational only — no offer, no advice

Nothing here is an offer or commitment to purchase any mineral interest, and no content — including guides, FAQs, and calculator output — is legal, tax, investment, or professional advice. Binding terms exist only in written agreements signed by both parties.

Using the Site or contacting us creates no client, advisory, or fiduciary relationship. For decisions about your minerals, involve your own attorney and CPA; we’ll gladly work with them.

Calculators and estimates

The Site’s tools produce hypothetical, rule-of-thumb figures from the assumptions described alongside them. They are deliberately simplified, may not reflect your specific acreage, and are not forecasts, valuations, or offers. Decisions should never rest on a calculator alone — ours included.

Intellectual property

The Site’s content, design, and branding belong to Eldorado Mineral Partners LLC. You may view, print, and share pages for personal, non-commercial use; republishing or scraping content at scale requires our written permission.
